Preparation for Registration of Prospective Conversion/Transfer Students for Masters Degree

Specifically for Masters programs, students who have graduated from a Diploma IV or Bachelors degree. The requirements for transferring to Ubhara Jaya are as follows:
- Submit a legalized copy of the diploma from the previous institution.
- Submit a legalized copy of the academic transcript from the previous institution.
- Submit a legalized copy of the high school diploma.
- Submit a copy of the birth certificate.
- Submit a copy of the family card.
- Submit a copy of the membership card (KTA) for members of the Indonesian National Police/ID card.
- Submit a 3x4 cm passport-sized photo (white shirt and blue background).
- Must be registered and have graduated according to the reporting of the previous institution to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
- Fill out the biodata and sign the Student Statement on stamped paper.
- Purchase the registration form.
- Meet the requirements set by the targeted faculty/study program.
Note: This facility is exclusively for new registrations of Conversion Masters students.
