The following are the requirements for transfer/conversion students at Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya:

1. Must be from a study program in a higher education institution accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT).
2. The study program from the higher education institution as referred to in point (1) must have the same or higher accreditation.
3. Transfer students from D-IV/S-1 programs must have studied at the original higher education institution for at least four consecutive semesters
   and have accumulated at least 48 credits with a minimum GPA of 2.50.
4. The study program taken at the original higher education institution must be compatible with the study program at Ubhara Jaya.
5. Students have never violated any regulations or rules at the original higher education institution, as evidenced by a valid certificate.
6. Students agree to abide by the regulations at Ubhara Jaya.
7. The maximum number of credits that can be transferred is 72 credits with a grade of B or higher.
8. The study period that has been taken at the original higher education institution is included in the calculation of the permitted study period limit.

The following documents are required to expedite the registration process on this page :

1. Scanned copy of ID card, such as Identification Card, Driver's License, Passport, or others
2. Data of the Original University, such as university name, city of origin of the university, department name, and Student ID Number (NIM/NPM)
3. Active mobile number and email address
